REWORK

A good book about the philosophy Chicago based 37 Signals employs to do business.   That said, it is by no means a philosophy book but rather a good summary of their experiences in doing business – what works, what doesnt work and how you can do the same.   In a nutshell, 37 Signals is  a lean business which affords them flexibility a lot of companies could not imagine.   The book is full of concepts with catchy titles that redefine business norms and create new ones.

I checked this book out at the library and finished it shortly after.  It is a  quick, entertaining read with useful information that I will purchase and add to my bookshelf shortly.
