Brazilian Portuguese – Alfândega

Alfândega translates to customs in English.

Picture walking through customs at the airport.  Imagine you are walking through the airport and seeing signs that say Alfândega but you have no idea what it means.   Eventually it hits you – you are about to enter customs at the airport!
